About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 16, 2011 No. 769

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 16, 2011 No. 769 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of packaging" the following changes:

the paragraph one of subitem 3.2 to add with words ", and also except for such documents issued or accepted about day of entry into force of the Technical regulation concerning products intended for packing of milk and dairy products, meat and meat products which are valid before the termination of term of their action, but no later than December 31, 2015";

the paragraph one of subitem 3.3 to add with words ", except for products intended for packing of milk and dairy products, meat and meat products which production and release into the stream of commerce is allowed till December 31, 2015 according to the mandatory requirements which are earlier established by the legislation of the state members of the Customs union or regulatory legal acts of the Customs union in the presence of the documents on assessment (confirmation) of compliance of products specified to mandatory requirements, issued or accepted about day of entry into force of the Technical regulation".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
