According to articles 5 and 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil", for the purpose of achievement of sustainable development of mining industry, increase in the income from the mountain sector, creation of the favorable investment climate the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 03.07.2019 No. 339.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736 the following changes:

- the paragraph the fifteenth Item 1 and the List of the mineral deposits distributed on tender and the size of bonuses (inventory condition for 1.01.2009) approved by the above-stated resolution to recognize invalid.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 29.11.2018 No. 561

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 03.07.2019 No. 339.
