For the purpose of ensuring strictly target use of the free aid given to the Republic of Uzbekistan by the states, the governments of the states, the international and foreign government organizations, foreign citizens, and also the international and foreign non-governmental organizations, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. ceased to be valid

implementation of humanitarian projects, and also distribution and control of target use of loads of the humanitarian assistance in the Republic of Uzbekistan, - on the Secretariat concerning education, health care, culture, youth, spirituality and public organizations, supports waved both families of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

3. Strictly forbid commercial use of the goods which arrived to the Republic of Uzbekistan within the humanitarian assistance and non-paid technical assistance.

In case of sale, transfer to lease or other inappropriate use of the specified goods perpetrators are brought to strict liability according to the legislation.

4. To social complex of the Cabinet of Ministers in two weeks to submit for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers updated structure of the permanent working group on the humanitarian assistance, having included in it in addition specialists of the Ministry of Finance, State Customs Committee and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
