About compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird in 2014

For the purpose of determination of conditions of compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird I decide:

1. Approve:

the list of crops, the cattle and bird and insurance rates on compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird for 2014 (is attached);

percent of compensation of damage and costs on having changed in case of death of crops for 2014 at the level of 50 percent;

percent of compensation of damage in case of death (case), forced slaughter (destruction) of the cattle and bird for 2014 at the level of 100 percent.

2. Item 390 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7866; 2007, No. 5, 1/8215) to state in the following edition:

"390. The insurance sum under the agreement of compulsory insurance of agricultural products is installed separately by each type of crop, the cattle and bird in the amount of 75 percent of insurance value of harvest of crops and 100 percent of insurance value of the cattle and bird.".

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2014.
