About obligations of the Prime Minister and deputy prime ministers

For the purpose of effective implementation by the Government of the prerogatives established by the Law No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 on the Government (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the following distribution of obligations between the Prime Minister and deputy prime ministers:

1) Prime Minister:

a) directs the Government and coordinates activities of his members for accomplishment of the functions assigned to them;

b) coordinates activities for planning and implementation public the politician according to priorities of the program of board;

c) performs coordination and monitoring of the relations with international financial institutions, the donor countries, including technical assistance, grants and external credits granted to the Republic of Moldova;

d) manages personnel policy in public service and activities for enhancement of system of the central public management, and also coordinates accomplishment of warrants of law of the Government in the relations with bodies of local public authority;

e) coordinates activities of the central industry bodies of public management which competence includes law enforcement, in particular, observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens, maintenance of public order and fight against crime, safety and defense capability of the country, bodies pursuing policy of the state in the field of education, public finance, civil aviation, forest and hunting economy, and also the body performing policy of the state in the field of the state and mobilization reserves;

f) coordinates the questions connected with activities of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Public Education, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defence, National center for fight against corruption, the Moldsilva Agencies and Organa of civil aviation;
