Article 1

1) in Article 168.2:

The temporary financial administration in the municipality is entered for a period of up to one year by the decision of Arbitration Court of the subject of the Russian Federation when implementing proceeedings about the recovery of solvency of the municipality according to the procedure established by the Federal Law.";

b) the paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. The petition for introduction of temporary financial administration in the subject of the Russian Federation moves in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation.";
