Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2005, No. 1, Art. 46; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 1, Art. 4; No. 29, Art. 3632; 2011, No. 1, Art. 41; No. 19, Art. 2708; No. 30, Art. 4576; No. 49, Art. 7068; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3481) following changes:

1) in Article 28:

a) in Item 1:

"regulating authority" shall be replaced with words words "The government of the Russian Federation by results of the competition held by regulating authority between editions of printing editions";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"Rules of determination of the official publication are established by the Government of the Russian Federation and, in particular, shall provide that the agreement on procedure and on publication conditions in the official publication of the data provided by this Federal Law for a period of five years is signed with the winner of the tender specified in paragraph one of this Item, and also shall contain the term, conditions and procedure for carrying out such tender.

If for the day following behind day of the expiration of the contract specified in the paragraph the second this Item, the Government of the Russian Federation does not determine the official publication, before its determination by the Government of the Russian Federation publication of the data provided by this Federal Law continues on the same conditions and in the same printing edition in what publication of these data before expiration of the specified agreement was performed.
