attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles; on officials - from five hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles; on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity - from five hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles or administrative suspension of operations for a period of up to ninety days; on legal entities - from five hundred thousand to two million five hundred thousand rubles or administrative suspension of operations for a period of up to ninety days.";
