About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. Part 1.1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of February 20, 2002, ZR-308 (further – the Law) after the second paragraph to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The fraction is considered not oppositional if person pushed by the job lot which created fraction or one of the batches constituting the party block is included in structure of the Government or the head or the secretary of fraction makes at meeting of National Assembly the statement for education of the political coalition with the batch having the greatest number of members as a part of the Government and about its not being opposite.".

Article 2. To add part 2 of article 24.1 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Other parliamentary fractions which are not considered oppositional or not oppositional represent to the commission on ethics on one representative."

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 24.4 of the Law:

The Item "e" to state 1) in the following edition:

"e) decisions and the conclusions of the Commission are accepted by a majority vote from total number of members of the commission if more than a half from total number of members of the commission participated in vote;";

The Item after the word "if" to add 2) with the words "the commission does not complete consideration of question in terms, stipulated in Item the 7th article 24.3 of this Law, or".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
