About carrying out registration actions for change of the location of legal entities and residences of physical persons - entrepreneurs
According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, and for the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs I ORDER:
1. Determine that carrying out registration actions for change of the location of legal entities and the residence of physical persons - entrepreneurs to whose location/residence the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol is is performed by the state registrars of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs of registration services of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice in areas and the city of Kiev (further - the state registrars of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs).
Action of paragraph one of this Item does not extend on change of the location of legal entities and residences of physical persons - entrepreneurs within the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
2. To the public registration service of Ukraine (Alekseev I. S.) provide:
1) carrying out the registration actions determined by Item 1 of this order, the state registrars of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs of registration services of territorial authorities of justice of areas and the city of Kiev based on the documents provided by the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs";
