For the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of the investment project on production organization of rail and urban passenger electric transport I decide:

1. Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2012 No. 322 "About some questions of production organization of rail and urban passenger electric transport" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.07. 1/13638) to add 2012, with subitems 3.7-3.10 of the following content:

"3.7. according to the agreements in foreign trade signed for implementation of the investment project, the company shall provide completion of each foreign trade transaction in full in time no later than 180 calendar days from date of payment;

3.8. turnovers on realization to the company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of property rights on the design documentation on production of trolleybuses, buses with hybrid power plants, trams (further - design documentation) belonging to open joint stock company "Managing company of Belkommunmash holding (further - society), are exempted from taxation on value added;

3.9. for office use;

3.10. the status of Authorized Economic Operator is given to the company in case of implementation of foreign trade activity by it within one year about day of the appeal to the State Customs Committee with the statement for assignment of the status of Authorized Economic Operator and in case of observance of other conditions established by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus by it.".
