Article 1. Part 3 of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About special investigative service" of November 28, 2007 to state ZR-255-N in the following edition:
"3. System of rates of official pay rates of the employee of special investigative service following:
1) the rate of official pay rate of the chief of special investigative service constitutes 75.99 percent from rate of official pay rate of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Armenia;
2) the rate of official pay rate of the deputy chief of special investigative service constitutes 90.52 percent from rate of official pay rate of the chief of special investigative service;
3) the rate of official pay rate of the senior special investigator of special investigative service constitutes 85.78 percent from rate of official pay rate of the chief of special investigative service;
4) the rate of official pay rate of the special investigator of special investigative service constitutes 81.05 percent from rate of official pay rate of the chief of special investigative service.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
