About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item c) Article 16 of the Security act of traffic No. 131-XVI of June 7, 2007 (2007, 443), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 103-106, in the following edition:

"c) registration and accounting of trolleybuses, bicycles with the engine, the self-propelled machines and devices used in case of production of the road-building or agricultural works which are not subject to registration and also horse drawn vehicles according to the standard provision approved by the Government;".

Art. II. - Part (1) article 29 of the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 (2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item l-1) of the following content:

"l-1) provides registration and accounting of trolleybuses, bicycles with the engine, the self-propelled machines and devices used in case of production of the road-building or agricultural works which are not subject to registration and also horse drawn vehicles according to the standard provision approved by the Government;".

Art. III. - To the government in six-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
