About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety" (on July 8, 2005, ZR-166-N, further - the Law):

a) add Article with new paragraphs of the following content:

"the bus - the car provided for passengers having more than 8 seats which is intended by the design and equipment for safe and convenient transportation of passengers and baggage;

dividing strip - the road element allocated structurally and (or) the corresponding marking, dividing adjacent carriageways, not intended for movement or stop of vehicles and pedestrians;

the cargo vehicle - the car intended by the design and equipment for cargo transfer;

the dead - person who died owing to the road accident;

Item of stop of the vehicle public - the place on certain piece of route of the vehicle public provided for landing disembarkation of passengers and equipped with the corresponding route signs;

the automobile passenger car - the car provided for passengers having no more than 8 seats which is intended by the design and equipment for safe and convenient transportation of passengers and baggage;

the self-made vehicle – the vehicle made according to the specifications established for the vehicles raised in individual (collective) procedure;

the competent official - the official of Police having competence to creation of the protocol on administrative offense and (or) removal on its basis of the decision;

removal from accounting - the action for accounting connected taking into account the vehicle by other competent authority or its export from the territory of the Republic of Armenia or utilization;

the special platform - the territory protected by Police or other competent authority provided for content of the detained vehicles;

inventory - the action for accounting connected with change of one of accounting data of the vehicle (surname, name, the address of the owner, type, brand, registration plate, color, numbers of number aggregates, the permitted maximum weight, weight without loading of the vehicle, special mark in the certificate on accounting);

re-equipment - the change of design of the vehicle connected with alienation of the details provided by design of the vehicle or the equipment or installation of the unforeseen details influencing ensuring traffic;

the wounded - person who received bodily harm which causes its further hospitalization or need for out-patient treatment owing to the road accident;";

b) state the concepts "car", "settlement", "railway crossing", "vehicle public", "roadside", "pedestrian", "sidewalk", "mechanical transport vehicle", "mototsiklt", "drunk condition", "visibility distance" and "passenger" of the following edition:

"the car - the motorized vehicle provided for towage of the vehicle intended for transportation across the road of people or loads or for cargo transfer. This concept includes trolleybuses, that is trackless vehicles connected by the electric drive. The concept does not include such vehicles what agricultural tractors which use for towage of the vehicles intended for transportation across roads of people or loads or for cargo transfer is additional function are;

the settlement - the built-up territory on which entrance and departure with which is noted by route signs of the settlement;

the railway crossing - crossing at one level of the road and railway or tram tracks having the allocated cloth;

the vehicle public - moving along the routes having Items of stops (stop), the vehicle (the tram, the trolleybus, the bus) moving passengers and (or) baggage;

roadside - the road element adjoining the carriageway, differing from it in type of covering or allocated with the corresponding marking, provided for stop of the vehicle, movement of the cyclist and the pedestrian, placement of construction materials in case of repair of roads or other cases established by the legislation;

the pedestrian - person who is out of the vehicle on the road, except for the person having power on the work on the road of works and which is carrying out these works in the procedure established by the legislation.
