About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2003 No. 51

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for holding advertizing games in the Republic of Belarus and ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on holding advertizing games in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2003 No. 51 "About holding advertizing games in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 15, 1/4370; 2009, No. 159, 1/10813), following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

add paragraph two with words "(further - the winner (winners)";

word in paragraph five to "the winner (winners) of advertizing game" shall be replaced with words to "the winner (winners)";

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"the participant of advertizing game - the physical person ordering, acquiring or using goods (works, services) only for the personal, family, house and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity, who is meeting the requirements of rules of holding advertizing game and expressed desire to participate in advertizing game on the conditions provided in rules of holding advertizing game. The face consisting in employment relationships with the organizer, the spouse (spouse) of such person, his close relatives, and also persons who are with such person in the property relations cannot be the participant of advertizing game;";
