RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning navigation activities

Based on subitems 7.1 and 7.2 of Item 7 of the Regulations on navigation activities approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011 No. 260 "About navigation activities" for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation in the field of navigation activities and refining of powers of her participants the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. from subitem 1.2 of Item of 1 appendix to the Concept of creation of the Single system of navigation and time providing the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2011 No. 902 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 79, 5/34107; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.11. 2012, 5/36452) to exclude line item
