About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 42, Art. 212 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1) in Article 20:

  the third and fifth to exclude parts;

 to exclude paragraph two of part six;

the eighth to state part in the following edition:

"8. The People's Deputy is granted annual paid leave during the intersession period lasting 45 calendar days";

  the tenth and eleventh to exclude parts;

    the ninth and tenth parts twelve to exclude the third offer of the paragraph of the seventh, paragraphs;

the paragraph one of part thirteen to state in the following edition:

"13. For the People's Deputy whose term of office expired free medical attendance in those healthcare institutions to which it was attached during execution of deputy powers remains";

   Articles 21 and 22 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 23:

the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. Funds for journey by People's Deputies by all modes of transport are provided in expenses on ensuring activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The limit of means affirms as expense budget on content of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, it is monthly issued to each People's Deputy for driving through the territory of Ukraine";

"7. The People's Deputy is free of charge provided with medical attendance";
