About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595 (with changes), the following changes:

in Chapter 2 of the Section II:

 to state subitem 1.20 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.20. The notary certifies the transaction providing any transition of the property right to real estate objects and objects of construction in progress except their inheritance and donation, in the presence of the document on payment in the budget of the income tax estimated from the price specified in the transaction, but not below the estimated value of such real estate determined by the subject of estimative activities according to requirements of regulatory legal acts according to property, and the document on estimated value.";

 to state subitem 6.3 of Item 6 in the following edition:

"6.3. The notary certifies the transaction providing any transition of the property right to objects of personal estate (except cars, motorcycles, mopeds), except their inheritance and donation, in the presence of the document on payment in the budget of the income tax estimated from the price specified in the transaction and the document on the estimated value of such property determined by the subject of estimative activities according to requirements of regulatory legal acts according to property.
