About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About alternative service"

In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About alternative service" (on December 17, 2003, ZR-6-N):

1) in Article 15:

a) in the name and the text of Article of the word "alternative military" and "Alternative military" shall be replaced with words "alternative" and "Alternative",

b) add Article with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Persons, in the procedure provided in this Article submitted the application for replacement of alternative service by obligatory military service, are called up for obligatory military service in accordance with general practice, and the term of their alternative service does not join obligatory military service in time.";

3) in Article 21:

a) to declare paragraph two of part two invalid,

b) add Article with part 3 following of content:

"3. The term of execution by the alternative labor employee of punishment in the form of arrest or imprisonment, unauthorized leaving by the alternative labor employee of the duty station or its evasion from service or refusal of execution of service does not join services of the alternative labor employee in time.".
