About modification and amendments in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following changes and amendments:

1. In all text of the Code in official language, except for item 4 of part 6 of Article 109, speak rapidly 2 Articles 123, of part 4 Articles 233, of part 3 Articles 260, of part of 1 Article 298, of Article 307, of part 4 of Article 331-25, of part 2 Articles 384, of part 3, of paragraph one and Item 2 parts 4 Articles 386, of parts 3 and 4 of Article 387, of parts 1 and 2 of Article 388, of paragraph one of Article 389, the word "again" shall be replaced with words "new or again".

2. In part 5 of Article 32 in state language the word "zhanydan" shall be replaced with words "zhana жаныдан".

3. Regarding the 4th Article 71 in state language of the word "жаныдан ачылган кырдаалдар" shall be replaced with words "zhana жаныдан ачылган жагдайлар".

4. In the name of the Section XII, the name and in all text of Chapter 43 in state language, except for speak rapidly 2 Articles 384, of the name and parts of 1 Article 385, of part 3, of paragraph one and Item 2 parts 4 Articles 386, of parts 3 and 4 of Article 387, of parts 1 and 2 of Article 388, of paragraph one, Items 1 and 2 of Article 389, of the word "zhana" and "zhanydan" shall be replaced with words "zhana жаныдан".

5. In Article 384:

to declare Item 1 of part 2 invalid;
