About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 1, 2008 No. 164 "About approval of advanced wages system of employees of the highest educational institutions of the republic"
For the purpose of further increase in level and quality of the higher education, creation of conditions for training of highly qualified specialists the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. In item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 1, 2008 No. 164 "About approval of advanced wages system of employees of the highest educational institutions of the republic" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 40):
a) in paragraph three of figure "2014/2015" to replace with figures "2017/2018";
b) add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Determine that standard rates of ratio of number of students on one teacher of blocks of areas and forms of education affirm the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the ministries and departments having the highest educational institutions to carry out organizational and methodical and explanatory work and to provide creation of necessary conditions in the highest educational institutions of the republic for establishment, since 2017/2018 academic years, limiting standard rates of number of students on one teacher in the ratio 1:12,5.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
