1. Reorganize by separation in the procedure established by the legislation public institution "Justice department of the city of Shymkent of Department of justice of the Southern Kazakhstan area of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on public institutions "Justice department of Al-Farabiysky of the district of the city of Shymkent of Department of justice of the Southern Kazakhstan area of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Justice department of Enbekshinsky district of the city of Shymkent of Department of justice of the Southern Kazakhstan area of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "Justice department of Abaysky district of the city of Shymkent of Department of justice of the Southern Kazakhstan area of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - organizations) within the approved limit of the number of staff.
2. Determine that financing of organizations is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to provide approval of provisions of organizations and their state registration in judicial authorities;
2) to take other measures following from this resolution.
