2. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Republic of Tajikistan necessary for entry into force of this agreement.

The State Parties of this agreement which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, being guided by provisions of the Agreement on cooperation of the states - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against terrorism of June 4, 1999, considering that the cooperation of the Parties in training of specialists of anti-terrorist divisions is important for increase in efficiency of fight against terrorism. aiming at ensuring high professional level of specialists of anti-terrorist divisions of competent authorities, agreed as follows:
