1. Ratify the Agreement of the State Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States about cooperation in material logistics of the competent authorities fighting terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism signed on December 5, 2012 in the city of Ashgabat
2. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Republic of Tajikistan necessary for entry into force of this agreement.
