About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260

For the purpose of implementation of article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lawyer activities", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260 the following changes and amendment:

in Chapter 32 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 7:

word in paragraph three "after the termination of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION" shall be replaced with words "after receipt of higher education";
