About immediate disarmament of illegal armed groups in Ukraine
Due to the emergency social and political situation which developed in the country aggravation of criminogenic situation and system provocations from foreign citizens in the southeast of Ukraine and in Kiev the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Oblige the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, immediately to hold the Security Service of Ukraine disarmament of illegal armed groups and certain citizens who have illegally weapon.
2. This Resolution becomes effective from the moment of its acceptance.
