1. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement to University:

building and constructions, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 9, with the adjacent territory and engineering communications - on market value;

object of construction in progress, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 13a, with the adjacent territory and engineering communications - at utilization cost, taking into account further compensation of difference between market and utilization project cost in accordance with the established procedure.

2. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition:

in a month at the expense of means of JSC Uzbektelekom value assessment of the implementable objects specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
