About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" concerning strengthening of transparency of purchases of the companies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, Art. 471 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. "Determined in item 4 of part one of article 1 of this Law" to add article 2 part one paragraph two after words with words and figures "taking into account requirements concerning promulgation of information on procurements which are conducted through own means, according to the paragraph of the seventeenth of part one of article 10 of this Law".

2. 19 parts one of article 8 after the paragraph of the seventeenth to add Item with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The report on results of purchase execution which is performed at the expense of own means of the companies".

3. To add article 10 part one after the paragraph of the sixteenth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The companies specified in Item of 21 part one of article 1 of this Law shall place reports on results of carrying out the procurements conducted through own means which cost of subject conforms to requirements of paragraph one of part one of article 2 of this Law, on the web portal of Authorized body within three working days after the conclusion of the agreement. In the report are surely specified: name, goods quantity and place of its delivery, work type and place of their accomplishment or type of service and place of their provision; information on technical and quality characteristics of goods, works and services, the name and the location of the supplier, contractor and service provider with which the agreement is signed; the price of commodity unit, works and/or services the amount determined in the agreement, date of the conclusion of the agreement, delivery date of goods, performance of works and rendering services and other".
