Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 452) the following changes:

2. The offer second of part 3 of Article 5 to state in the following edition: "The regulations on the Red List affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
