Bring in the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 No. 177-FZ "About deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 52, Art. 5029; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6225; 2011, No. 1, Art. 49; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2308; No. 49, Art. 6336; No. 52, Art. 6975) following changes:

Item 19 of Article 19 to state 1) in the following edition:

"19) performs other powers provided by this Federal Law and other Federal Laws.";

Item 7 of Article 34 to state 2) in the following edition:

"7) other sources provided or not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.";

Article 39 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 39. Directions of expenditure of money of fund of compulsory deposit insurance

Money of fund of compulsory deposit insurance is allocated by the Agency on:

1) financing of payments of compensation for deposits and the expenses connected with implementation of functions on compulsory deposit insurance;

2) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 29.07.2017 No. 240-FZ

3) other purposes according to the Federal Laws.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
