About introduction of amendments to articles 49 and 53 of the Federal law "About Conscription and Military Service"

the lieutenant general, the vice admiral, the major general, the rear admiral - 60 years;
the colonel, the captain of 1 rank - 55 years;
the serviceman having other military rank - 50 years.";
b) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The new contract on the passing of military service according to the procedure determined by Regulations on procedure for passing of military service can be signed with the military personnel who reached age limit of stay on military service:
having military rank of Marshall of the Russian Federation, the general, Admiral of the fleet, colonel general, admiral, - before achievement of age of 70 years by them;
having other military rank, - before achievement of age of 65 years by them.";
Item 1 of Article 53 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. The citizens staying in inventory are subdivided into three categories:
