Bring in the Federal Law of June 24, 1999 No. 120-FZ "About bases of system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 26, Art. 3177; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2005, No. 1, Art. 25; 2009, No. 42, Art. 4861; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2331; No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 48, Art. 6165) following changes:

Article 25 to add 1) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. Financial provision of the activities connected with transportation of the minors which are in detention centers for minor offenders of law-enforcement bodies is performed at the expense of the funds of the federal budget allocated to law-enforcement bodies.";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 6 of Article 25.1 of the word "self-willedally left special teaching and educational facilities of the closed type" "being in detention centers for minor offenders of law-enforcement bodies".
