1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue, prolongation and withdrawal of permissions to labor immigrants, and also forming and maintaining dakto-, photoaccounting of labor immigrants.

2. To provide to department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in accordance with the established procedure official publication of this order;

3) placement of this order on the web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev E. Z. and department of migratory police (Sainov S. S). Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
