Article 1

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2008, No. 9, Art. 812; 2010, No. 52, Art. 7002; 2011, No. 1, Art. 49; 2012, No. 14, Art. 1553; No. 50, Art. 6954; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2329; No. 23, Art. 2866, 2883; No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 52, Art. 6986) following changes:

Part the fourth Article 178 to add 1) with words ", except as specified, provided by this Code";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 181 of the word of "three average monthly earnings of the worker" "triple average monthly earnings of the worker, except as specified, provided by this Code";

Chapter 27 to add 3) with Article 181.1 of the following content:

"Article 181.1. Dismissal wages, compensations and other payments to workers in some cases terminations of employment contracts

The collective agreement, agreements, local regulations, employment contracts or decisions of the employer, authorized bodies of the legal entity, and it is equal also the owner of property of the organization or persons (bodies) authorized by owners payment to workers of dismissal wages, compensations and (or) purpose of any other payments by it cannot be provided in any form in cases of dismissal of workers on the bases which belong to authority punishments (Article part three 192 of this Code), or the terminations of employment contracts with workers on the established this Code, other Federal Laws to the bases if it is connected with making by workers of guilty actions (failure to act).";
