Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 1994 "About auditor activities" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2002 and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on auditing regulation in banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, banking groups and bank holdings approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2008 No. 1 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 57, 8/18140; 2011, No. 1, 8/23083), following changes and amendments:

in paragraph six of item 4 of figure "60" to replace with the word of "seventy";

30, the word "motivated" to exclude Item 46 parts three from the paragraph of third of part one of Item;

in Item 39:

the fifth parts one to add the paragraph with words ", confirmatory that specified persons hold positions of auditors for date of submission of documents for receipt of consent of National Bank according to this Item;";
