About procedure for implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about readmission

expressing mutual desire it most full to settle the questions connected with implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about readmission of the November 15, 2013 which is hereinafter referred to as the Agreement

agreed as follows:

Article 1. Competent authorities

1. The competent authorities responsible for implementation of the Agreement, are from:

The Russian side - the Federal Migration Service and Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation;

The Belarusian Side - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus.

2. The main objectives on implementation of the Agreement and this Executive protocol are assigned by the Russian side to the Federal Migration Service, including on:

to the direction and consideration of requests about readmission, requests about transit, and also answers to them;

to determination of the procedure of implementation of readmission and transit.

Competent authorities of the Belarusian Side are:

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus - in the direction and consideration of requests about readmission and transit, to determination of the procedure of implementation of readmission and transit;

The state boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus - in the direction and consideration of requests about readmission and transit.

If consideration of request is not included into power of one competent authority of the Republic of Belarus, then this body transfers request to other competent authority, authorized to perform it, and without delay notifies on it competent authority of the Russian Federation.
