1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2005 No. 94 "About approval of the Instruction about customs regime of refusal of goods for benefit of the state" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 27, 8/13880);
the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2006 No. 127 "About modification of the Instruction about customs regime of refusal of goods for benefit of the state" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 18, 8/15581).
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 23, 2014.
