Minister of Economic Development, industry and trade;
Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic;
chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
heads of regional public administrations and mayor Bishkek and mayor Osh.
