About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 8, 2009

Article 1. Part 1 of article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" of October 11, 2007 to add ZR-195-N (further – the Law) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) the request for registration of trade name of investment company, requirements to which submission, the list of the documents submitted with it, and also the relations connected with consideration of the request and registration of trade name and its changes are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade names";".

Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 92 of the Law of the word "state authorized body" and their case forms shall be replaced with words Central bank and their corresponding case forms.

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 104 of the Law with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) the request for registration of trade name of the operator, requirements to which submission, the list of the documents submitted with it, and also the relations connected with consideration of the request and registration of trade name and its changes are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade names";".

Article 4. To add part 1 of article 184 of the Law with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) the request for registration of trade name of the Central depositary, requirements to which submission, the list of the documents submitted with it, and also the relations connected with consideration of the request and registration of trade name and its changes are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade names";".

Article 5. To add article 221 of the Law with part 7 of the following content:
