Bring in article 163 of the Federal Law of July 2, 2013 No. 185-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and recognition voided legal acts (separate provisions of legal acts) of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 27, of the Art. 3477) change, having added with its part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. The citizens studying according to the main professional educational programs of postgraduate medical education and pharmaceutical education in internship have the right to draft deferment to the military service granted on the basis and according to the procedure which are established by the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-FZ "About conscription and military service" for the citizens who are studying full-time in the educational organizations and the scientific organizations for the programs of internship having the state accreditation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
