About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"

Article 1. Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" of October 11, 2007 to add with ZR-195-N with item 4 of the following content:
"4) on management of means of guarantee fund from Bureau of the insurance companies performing compulsory liability insurance, following from use of vehicles, in the cases and procedure provided by the laws and regulatory legal acts regulating activities of Bureau of the insurance companies performing compulsory liability insurance, following from use of vehicles.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
