The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on elections of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this constitutional Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".

In Article part two 4, Items 1) and 14) Articles 12, parts two, the fifth and eighth Article 21, Article parts four 48, parts three of Article 54 and part two of Article 55 of the word "republics" and "republic" respectively shall be replaced with words Republic of Tajikistan and Republic of Tajikistan.
3. In Article 9:
