About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 98 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" of October 11, 2007, ZR-195-N:

1) in Item 5 of the word "other legal acts." shall be replaced with words "other legal acts;";

Part to add 2) with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:

"6) provision by the Central depositary and other persons having the right to maintaining the register of owners (nominee holders) securities, to tax authorities of data on the security accounts opened by the client and about shareholders of joint-stock company according to the procedure and on content jointly established by the Central bank and tax authority based on the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes";

7) provision by the Central depositary to tax authorities of information on the transactions connected with securities, only based on the judgment made according to the procedure, provided by the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia and the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2010.
