About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"

Article 1. In Item 27 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" of October 11, 2007, ZR-195-N (further – the Law) to exclude the words "and credit institution".

Article 2. To declare Item 6 of article 26 of the Law invalid.

Article 3. To add article 27 of the Law with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Credit institutions can render investment services, and also stipulated in Item 1 article 26 of this Law nonbasic services only within part 3.1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions".".

Article 4. In article 35 of the Law:

1) in the name and the text to exclude the words "and credit institutions" and ", credit institution" and their case forms;

2) part 4 to recognize invalid.

Article 5. Regarding 3rd article 50 of the Law to exclude the words "and credit institutions".

Article 6. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication. The investment companies licensed to the introduction of this Law in force shall within six months from the moment of the introduction of this Law in force bring the activities into accord with requirements of this Law.
