1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Public Education on closing of Orphanage, the village of Chernoleuka, the area Dondushen.

2. To the Ministry of Public Education:

provide liquidation of Orphanage of Chernoleuk, the area Dondushen, according to provisions of the current legislation;

together with head department of education, youth and sport of the area Dondushen to take necessary measures concerning employment of the exempted personnel according to provisions of the current legislation.

3. Donate, with the consent of local council of the village of Chernoleuka of the area Dondushen, the building, the engineering constructions, material values and the parcels of land belonging to Orphanage of the village of Chernoleuka, the area Dondushen from public property in public property of the village of Chernoleuka, the area Dondushen.
