About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"

Article 1. Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" of October 11, 2007 to add with ZR-195-N with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) on the physical person or legal entity exercising trust management of shares of the public employee or high-ranking official in the authorized capital of the commercial organization.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
