"8.13-1. prepares the project of procedure for presentation of notes and requirements when carrying out the state supervision over observance of requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of products (works, services), metrological rules and regulations and submits for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;".
