Article 1. Subject of regulation of the Law

This Law regulates types of implementation of special delivery of documents, general procedure for acceptance, registration, delivery of documents.

Article 2. Special delivery of documents and form of its implementation

1. Special delivery of documents (further – special delivery) is special delivery type of documents to the addressee who provides identity and integrity of the delivered documents. Delivery of documents in special procedure for delivery is performed in the cases established by legal acts and also at the request of the sender.

2. The documents sent and handed by means of special delivery are considered identical and complete if other is not proved judicially.

3. Special delivery special delivery mail or way of delivery on hands is considered.

4. Special delivery by mail happens only through the national operator of mail service.

Article 3. The subjects accepting special departures

1. The sent documents addressed to physical person (further – delivery packet) are handed directly to it or its authorized person.

2. The delivery packet addressed to person, in the procedure established by the law recognized restrictedly capable or incapacitated can be handed also to his legal representative or the authorized person of the legal representative.

3. The delivery packet addressed to the legal entity is handed to the head of executive body of the legal entity or person responsible for receipt of correspondence.

4. If the state body or local government body or the official acts as the addressee, then the packet of delivery shall be transferred to general department or other division responsible for acceptance of correspondence.
