1. This Law governs the relations connected with use for the purpose of ensuring defense of the vehicles belonging to state bodies and local government bodies, organizations, the organizations, individual entrepreneurs and citizens of the Republic of Armenia within mobilization preparation in peace time and during warlike situation (military transport obligation).
1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) military transport obligation – complex of the actions performed by state bodies and local government bodies, organizations, the organizations, individual entrepreneurs and citizens of the Republic of Armenia within mobilization preparation in peace time and during warlike situation for providing Armed forces and other troops of the Republic of Armenia with vehicles;
2) the vehicle – the motorized vehicle provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety" used for movement of people or loads, or the equipment installed on it (including tractors, trail cars, tractors and self-propelled mechanisms, mototsikleta, the lifting, pipeline and road-building transport having special purpose and mechanisms), except for automobile passenger cars of private use;
