About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan"

1. Add the law with preamble of the following content:

"This Law determines legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan and their relations with state bodies and their officials arising in connection with stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan and also their rights and obligation in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. Add Article 1 with part two of the following content:

"The persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and not having the document confirming their belonging to nationality of other state are recognized stateless persons.";
